Luke Smith Crusty Update
Another few more crazy weeks go by and only a few more to go. Our next stop would be Gladstone home town of Mr Kain (I don't own a shirt) Saul our 50 backflipper in the show, we were all on our best behaviour in the rental cars due to the carnage that had gone down a few days prior.

One night we decided to go paintballing man I forgot how much that hurts when you get shot close up. We split into two teams riders verses crew, oh boy things got messy.
Someone somehow managed to shoot me close range in the face just getting it under my helmet and hitting me in the chin giving me a big old lump and drawing some blood after that I was way over it.
Gladstone had a great turn out for such a little town I think around 11,000 screaming fans came to watch the show.
The show went really well with no crashes and the weather was great this was American Mike Mason's first show so I was pumped to see him ride as this guy goes off.

Yet again after the show it was back to drinking the after party was crazy fun(from what I can remember) until I got kicked out for throwing a scoop of ice cream at the bouncers and hitting one of them in the back off the head,I can only thank Mary Perkins for convincing me it was a good idea. I had fun whilst 3 off them chased me around some tables and chairs trying to get me so they could throw me out but after a while theey gave up and i went back to drinking.
The weekend just gone we did a show in Mackay it was a real good little town and everyone was supercool I spent most of my time in the tattoo shop getting more free work, at this rate I will be covered by the end of the tour.
This show was a little different there was 3 landing ramps as we had one big dirt Lander in the middle as a return and there was no rubber flooring, it felt really weird to ride on dirt again after such a long time.
The Jimmy Blaze and Mad Mike boxing show was on again when will these two ever learn not to fight over girls? I missed the action on my video camera but it was funny watching those two lumps wrestling around the changing room WWF style in front of me.
Then on with the show it was a great turn out of around 15,000 people.
I had a close call as Mad Mike went for a cliff hanger in the expression session missing his feet on the bars and sending him crashing down in front of me I did not know as I was midway through one of my look back turndowns, when I came back round I see mike laying on the ground I somehow managed to just miss him and his bike. He luckily was ok just a few minor grazes and a sore hand. The rest of the show went well so another one down and only 2 more to go.
I am now in spending the week in Airlie beach before heading to Cairns this Thursday.
